So it's transfer week! I will be staying in Man South and will become
the district leader. I'm humbled and excited for this opportunity.
There are 12 other missionaries in this district now so it will be so
much fun. (Biggest district in the mission). Elder Hargiss will be
transferring to Oldham to be the zone leader there. My new companion
is Elder Quinton from Alberta, Canada. He has been out two transfers
less than me.
This past week was pretty good! We had a miracle finding our new
friend Keith! We were praying specifically on Saturday to find a
golden investigator to be baptised in the coming weeks and we found
him. Keith recently has been looking to change his life and had
actually seen us walking around and the Spirit had told him to talk to
us before. We met him on the street late Saturday night and he
accepted what we said. He came to church the next day, we gave him a
chapel tour after and he agreed to be baptised on June 17th! He
enjoyed church, had great questions and said that in other churches he
went to, things would make sense but this was the only church where
everything that was said made sense, he accepted that it is the truth!
Really unfortunately, he called us today (after I had typed out this
email) and said that he didn't want to go forward with it anymore but
we have faith that he will come around.
We saw Janine on Monday and she committed to move out and be baptised
on June 10th but then we haven't been able to see her. It is confusing
but we will just keep the faith and keep praying for her. We found
some other people this week who could be good and we didn't have the
chance to see Scott but we will see him today, we are excited about
him. We have tried to see Frank and his family but their schedules are
kind of hard to work with.
I am grateful for Elder Hargiss and all that he has taught me. He is
one of my best friends and we really did work hard together! I look
forward to being able to serve the missionaries in this district, I am
excited!

P.S. I failed my theory Test.. haha.
P.P.S. You bet I'm gonna make our districts motto: ALL IN IT.
