May 8, 2017 Sunshine in My Soul

This past week was pretty good. We had some investigators drop us and
lost a lot of our teaching pool but we will build it back up! We saw
Macick and he is great. He committed to a date of faith for baptism
for the 27th but unfortunately did not come to church and we haven't
been able to contact him which is weird.

We had the Bashdash family drop us and we're not sure why but they
have so much potential! Mary said that she wants to stick with her
church for now. Jorge talked to his mom about coming to our church on
the phone and she hung up on him and so he is unsure about things at
the moment. We haven't really been able to see Malcolm because he is
so busy. So at the moment he's not really keeping to his baptismal
calendar but we have faith!

Things are great here in the beautiful sunny England. The weather has
been wonderful recently and there is also sunshine in our souls!
Recently I have been reading the Old Testament and it's been
interesting to see how much detail went into a tent tabernacle in
ancient times and I've always loved how perfect temples need to be in
order to be fit to be the house of the Lord. I am so grateful for
temples and I know that the Priesthood of God is on the earth so that
we can perform temple ordinances. #familiesareforever

Have a great week!
